The Story of Prada

In 1913, Mario Prada opened a shop for leather goods and travel accessories in Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. His granddaughter Miuccia Prada took over in 1978 and turned the family business into one of the most influential fashion houses in the world. Since 2020, she has designed the collections together with Raf Simons as co-creative director.
