Phoebe Philo, the London label founded by the former creative director of Céline, is represented by the Paper Tote in chocolate brown and olive. Loewe, founded in Madrid in 1846, brings the medium Puzzle Fold Tote in calfskin, which folds flat and travels easily in a suitcase. Miu Miu adds the Utilitaire tote in sand-beige nappa leather. From New York designer Gabriela Hearst we carry the Marija Tote in Dark Sand and Bordeaux, and Jil Sander's black Tote Tangle is a clean, unfussy shopper for every day.

For evenings, weekends and meetings where you want to look put together, a structured handbag does the work. JW Anderson's Loafer Bag

One of the most distinctive pieces in the edit is the Loafer Bag by JW Anderson, shaped like a loafer shoe. We stock several versions: rust-red suede, taupe beige, black braided leather, the Small Loafer Bag in tan and the elongated Loafer Cabas in brown suede. Lightweight mesh bags and care tips

Alaïa's Le Pochon is made from fine mesh, weighs almost nothing and is worn casually over the shoulder; we have it in olive green and dark red. A few care basics: store smooth leather in its dust bag and stuff it with paper so it keeps its shape. Treat suede with a protective spray before the first wear and clean it only with a soft brush. Mesh bags are best stored lying flat rather than hanging, so the material doesn't stretch.
