E-commerce & Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Part-time (20h/week) or as a working student

Responsibilities

• Supporting the conception, planning, and implementation of social media strategies
• Creating and publishing target group-oriented content (text, image, video) on our social media channels
• Planning and executing shoots to create high-quality and creative content (photo & video)
• Editing and processing images and videos for use on various social media platforms
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our posts and generating reports
• Community management: engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages
• Assisting in the development of creative campaigns to increase reach and engagement
• Conducting market and trend analysis in the field of social media to identify new opportunities
• Picking and packing customer orders for our online shop

Profile

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (for working students)
• First practical experience in social media, content creation, or online marketing is a plus
• Strong creative and written communication skills in German and English
• Passion for digital trends and social networks (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Knowledge of planning and executing photo and video shoots
• Experience with image and video editing as well as video cutting (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut)
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Team player with a friendly and communicative demeanor

Accountant (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as travel expense management
• Managing payments and bank transactions as a backup
• Supporting tax-related matters and special financial issues
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping while continuously optimizing existing and developing new processes
• Preparing analyses and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments
• Document and receipt management
• Processing the accounts payable list

Profile

• Completed commercial training and/or a degree in economics
• Several years of professional experience as a financial accountant
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel), IT affinity is advantageous
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Team player with a friendly and open attitude
• Solid experience with DATEV
