E-commerce Manager (m/f/d)

 Working student

Responsibilities

• Operational management and development of our online shop

• Maintenance, updating, and optimization of product data, categories, and shop content
• Support in planning and implementing e-commerce strategies
• Analysis of shop metrics (conversion rate, shopping cart, revenue, traffic) and preparation of reports
• Assistance in optimizing the customer journey and shopping experience
• Support in planning and executing online marketing activities (e.g., newsletters, campaigns, promotions)
• Support in social media (content management & posting)
• Picking and packaging customer orders for our online shop

Profile

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
• First practical experience in online marketing is an adventage
• Creative and confident expression in German and English
• Enthusiasm for digital trends
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Team player with a friendly and communicative demeanor

Accountant (m/f/d) – Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Handling accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as travel expense management
• Managing payments and bank transactions as a backup
• Supporting tax-related matters and special financial issues
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping while continuously optimizing existing and developing new processes
• Preparing analyses and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments
• Document and receipt management
• Processing the accounts payable list

Profile

• Completed commercial training and/or a degree in economics
• Several years of professional experience as a financial accountant
• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel), IT affinity is advantageous
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Team player with a friendly and open attitude
• Solid experience with DATEV
